“Le Beaujolais Nouveau est arrive!”

Beginning at 5:30PM on Thursday, November 15,

Pistache French Bistro will proudly serve the first of the exclusive

Beaujolais Nouveau Georges Duboeuf 2012.

A complimentary glass of the 2012 vintage is included in the Special $39 Menu

(in addition to our regular dinner menu).

As a seasonal offering, the young wine is best served chilled and enjoyed in high spirits, rather than sipped and critiqued.

 

“Tour du Monde” Grand Finale

The culinary adventure that began in June will come to a close during the Beaujolais Nouveau uncorking, which signifies the end of harvest.

Participants were given the opportunity to “travel” around the globe have their Tour Du Monde “passport” stamped at each event.

Submit your passport for a chance to win!

Attendees with 8 stamps or more are eligible to win a trip to Paris! The final stop and last chance to get a stamp will be on Saturday, November 10 at “1,001 Moroccan Nights.” To submit qualified passports, an official drawing box will be on display at Pistache from Nov 10 until Nov 15.
