Please know we have taken every precaution, and have implemented new sanitation procedures to provide our guests with a safe & healthy dining environment. To ensure the safety of all staff and guests alike, you can expect:
-All staff to be wearing gloves and masks while working
-Restaurant occupancy will be at 50% maximum capacity
-Tables & seating will be at a minimum of 6ft apart to ensure proper social distancing
-Staff will be temperature screened daily upon arrival to work.

Isaac Cerny
CHEF DE CUISINE
As chef de cuisine at PISTACHE, Cerny operates one of West Palm Beach’s most popular kitchens.
A graduate of Florida Culinary Institute, Cerny explores traditional French flavors
and ingredients and offers a fresh perspective in presentation and creativity,
drawn from his training at Café Boulud Palm Beach and as a private yacht chef.
Cerny joined the Titou Hospitality team in 2011 and was named Chef de Cuisine
shortly after his one-year anniversary at the restaurant.
